Our Refund Policy
If you feel that you’d like a refund, please contact us and provide a reason
why. We welcome feedback both positive and negative and strive to improve the quality of the CPD solutions
offered in our CPD Content.
You have the right to cancel the transaction and request a refund for a period of 7 working days, beginning
with the day after the day on which the goods are purchased.
We can only process refunds for solutions that were purchased directly through CPD Content. For refund
queries for solutions provided by third-parties, where that transaction was completed with the
third-party, please contact them directly.
Please be aware that any solution purchased through CPD Content that is subsequently refunded will be
removed from your CPD Plan.
